We're handing over twenty apartments in phases. Can you follow that?

Yes, that's standard work for us. Send your handover calendar and we'll schedule per phase, with a fixed price per unit so you can pass it on.

What if the site overruns?

That happens on every project. Tell us as early as you can; rescheduling costs nothing as long as we're not already en route. A visit cancelled on the day is charged.

Who is our point of contact?

One fixed contact per project, reachable by your site manager. Not a general number where you re-explain the situation each time.

Do you do the common areas of a new block?

Yes, entrance hall, stairwell, lift car and underground parking. That's often forgotten in the costing until just before handover.

Do we get a report per unit?

Yes, photos on request per unit. Developers use it as an annex to the handover file for the buyer.

Do you take construction waste?

Small leftover waste, yes. Rubble, plasterboard and large volumes belong in your own skip.
