Yes, and at an entrance that's usually necessary. The treatment needs dwell time during which access is restricted, and you don't want that during office hours.

Can we include this in our maintenance contract?

Yes. For commercial buildings and associations we usually schedule it periodically, for instance annually in spring. That's cheaper than waiting until it's really noticeable.

Do we get a quote we can put to the association?

Yes, with a clear scope, a fixed price and the test patch photo attached. That makes the decision at the general meeting easier.

What's the risk of the wrong treatment?

Acidic products attack bluestone: the buildup goes, but the surface turns pale and rough. At an entrance that damage is permanent and visible to everyone who walks in.

How long does an entrance take?

Usually one day including dwell time. Larger access paths or parking areas we plan over two.

Do you clean full facades?

Thresholds, plinths, entrances and defined areas, yes. A full facade requiring scaffolding is outside our offer.
